Refund & Cancellation Policy

14-day refund
If Linkfuse does not work for you, email support@dfacto.ai within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. No justification is required.
How to request
Send your order/receipt reference to support@dfacto.ai. Refunds are issued by our merchant of record to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel at any time from the link in your purchase receipt or by emailing support@dfacto.ai. Cancellation stops future renewals; your licence keeps working until the end of the period you already paid for.
After 14 days
Refunds outside the 14-day window are at our discretion. We will always consider genuine cases — for example if the Software stops working on your platform due to a change we made.
Free trial
The 14-day Pro trial requires no payment details, so there is nothing to cancel or refund. When it ends the app returns to the Free tier automatically.
