Terms of Service
Last updated: 24 July 2026
Agreement
These terms govern your use of Linkfuse ("the Software"), provided by dfacto.ai. By installing or using the Software you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.
What the Software does
Linkfuse distributes outbound network connections across network interfaces already present on your device. It is not a VPN service and does not route your traffic through servers operated by us or any third party.
Licence
Subject to payment where applicable, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Software on the number of devices stated in your plan. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute paid builds. The CLI components are separately licensed under the MIT licence.
Acceptable use
You may not use the Software to break any law, to circumvent network restrictions you are not authorised to bypass, or to interfere with networks you do not control or have permission to use.
Payment and renewal
Paid plans are billed through our merchant of record, who is the seller of record for your purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval you selected until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
Disclaimer
The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Network performance depends on conditions outside our control; we do not guarantee any particular speed, latency, or availability improvement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the Software is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here with a revised date before taking effect.
